Migrate Contacts from Google Apps to Office 365

We fully support the the automatic migration of contacts and calendar from Google Apps to Exchange, thanks to our proprietary migration software. You can, however, also manually migrate all your contacts and calendar entries to your Office 365 Exchange account:

1. Export your contacts from Google Apps

  1. Log on to your Google Apps and choose Contacts,
  2. Click More > Export,
  3. Ensure All Contacts is selected,
  4. Ensure Outlook CSV is selected for the format,
  5. Click on Export and save the file locally.

2. Import your contacts in Office 365

  1. Log on to your Outlook Web Access (http://exchange.domainname)
  2. Click on the gear icon at the top right-hand side
  3. Click on Options
  4. On the left hand-side, expand People
  5. Click on Import Contacts
  6. Click on Browse and select the CSV file saved in step 1.5
  7. Click on Import
